South Korean Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon visited Bangladesh . The honorable prime minister of South Korea assured Bangladesh of considering the duty-free and quota-free market access for all Bangladeshi products to the South Korean market.

Both of the Honorable prime Ministers during the summit talks about different bilateral issues, including trade, commerce, investment, technical cooperation, and Rohingya crisis, were discussed at the summit.

The Korean team member’s opinion, there are huge investment opportunities here. Their opinion is that Korea wanted to invest in Bangladesh in the energy, ICT and defense sectors.

At the two PMs meeting, three instruments were signed between Dhaka and Seoul.
